You may use Nudge only in compliance with applicable law and with authority to enter or manage the information you provide. Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Plans and early access
Nudge Time is presented as a free-forever product. Workspace and Client Portal are currently offered through founding-customer early access without a credit card. Any future price, paid transition, renewal term, or material plan limitation will be communicated before billing begins.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the content you enter and for deciding what information is appropriate to share with a client. Do not upload unlawful content or information you are not authorized to process.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the product, misuse another person’s account, or use Nudge to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Service changes
Early-access functionality may change as Nudge is improved. We will aim to communicate changes that materially affect access or data handling. The service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
